As an interior designer, I understand what sells homes and am able to assist my sellers in preparing their home to be showcased at its very best. I am also able to help my buyers know if their existing furniture will fit in the new home. I am a "Certified Negotiation Expert". In this market, there is a great deal at stake in every sale. Sellers and buyers are routinely negotiating through wildly different asking and offer prices. I have been able to save my clients huge amounts of money through skillful negotiations. I am also able to help my sellers and buyers sell or buy a new build home; having owned a homebuilding company for many years. I am passionate and committed to helping my sellers to sell their homes so they are able to move on to the next chapter in their lives and finding the perfect home for my buyers so they can start new memories in their new home.
